Le taux de participation au deuxième tour de la présidentielle, dans la circonscription de Médenine, a atteint 4.7% à 9h00 du matin, selon le coordinateur régional de l’Instance régionale indépendante pour les élections, Ali Zahmoul à la correspondante de Tunisienumerique. Le membre de l’IRIE, Abdelaziz Gamoudi a, quant à lui, affirmé qu’une seule infraction a été enregistrée depuis l’ouverture des bureaux de vote de la région.
